Ok the results from the shop are in. A few of the exhaust valves were bent so I had them rebuild the head completley. I bought a new head gasket kit and as soon as i get the head back from the shop I will reassemble everything. IF it woks and runs well I guess the problem diagnosis will be the "timing jumped" and and the valves tagged the pistons as a result. I hope to have it back together and runnning within a month at most.
