exhaust system

my next mod is exhaust system,cat back.it needs to be a 2.5" and under $399 plus it must sound good as hell.need some help here with this.the only thing iv seen was vrs but i don't know nothing about it.

buy a 02 housing,downpipe, and a high-flow cat/ or use a test pipe, bring car to a exhaust shop and have them make the cat back piping. also get a muffler off ebay

i had my press bent, 3in cat back made and installed for $108, and with the stock downpipe, and a gutted cat it sounds pretty sweet

well i got a O2 housing and a 2.5" test pipe.but i whant my cat back to be Mandrel bent .

RnR racing. Cheap, Sounds great, Does the job. Any exhaust on a turbo car sounds good. It will NEVER sound like a n/a honda or any other make/model.

<---Buschur downpipe, no name muffler, exhasut shop made everything inbetween, $450. and it sounds good. Not too bad I think.

yeah need to get downpipe soon but.does the Buschur downpipe have a clamp or should i say mounting bracket like the stock downpipe has right after the O2 housing that bolts on the block behind the turbo.im worreid about that cause the pacesetter header i have pepole say they will crack easaly.

some shops do mandrel bending. you wouldnt notive the gains from mandrel to press bend anyway, unless you are going high performance, in that case i would rethink the 2.5 inch exhaust

mandrel bending is the only way to travel in my book i learned that from the 69 nova i had.and as far as i know no shops around here do that so ill have to buy an exhaust system.

Ebay...3inch N1 knock off. 200 plus shipping of 100. It sounds great, mandrel bent, looks great, fits great, priced great...what more can a guy ask for?

The Buschur downpipe simply bolts to the O2 housing, no other bracket for support, but there's no need for one.
