1G Exhaust question for a 1g dsm awd

Im new to the site and dont know if this is where it goes. But I was wondering if i have my exhuast dump will it hurt anything? or should i just invest a turbo back system? Im fixing to get a downpipe then im gonna do my exhaust. i was thinking about just have it dump for now til i save up for the turbo back.. so is this a good idea or bad?

it shouldnt hurt anything if you just run open downpipe but you will have to deal with how loud it will be.

ya, at WOT when i had my open downpipe it was as loud as a Big Block motor u would here at a race track, but i wouldnt recommend running a open downpipe because of the fact that all that exhaust is dumping under your car know and seeping into the car it gave me a headache almost everyday, especially if you drive in heavy traffic.

For short term I don't think it is a big deal but in the long run I think it would be a bad idea to be dumping the noxious gasses out right under the passenger compartment.
