I bought one of those but not ceramic coated . It seemed to give me hp , mostly noticed in 2nd gear . It was a marginal increase though . What I did gain was a slightly cooler turbo tempature and a little more throaty exhaust tone . It does seem to help spool up time . I would have to say that it causes a little lag from 1000 to 2200 and then from there it picks up over stock quite noticably . Overall a nice piece of work just make sure you clean the inside out good . Mine had little bits of turbo destroying slag , with a ceramic coating I would think it would be damaging to take a wire brush to it . Also I had to do a little porting to match my gasket , which once again will tear up the ceramic coating . Nice product in design but poor quality control.

if it was flanged for an external wastegate I would give it a shot I know pacesetter is junk, but I did read they warranty their stuff for a year so if it cracks then just send it back.
