I was wondering what the difference is between the 1g manifold and 2g manifold.
-Possible density/thickness.
-Diameter of outlets.
-Same size/No difference?

I am just trying to figure out if a 1g manifold will bolt up to a 7 bolt block just fine. I also plan on having 1g manifold ported. I know the 1g 02 housing is a bit thinner than a 2g, just wondering if the same goes for the manifold.

Trust me I have searched so please don't give me crap. If you know where the info is please post a link or something.

Thanks,
Ian

2g manifolds have a different runner setup they bring the flow up to make a better transition to the turbine housing. So a 2g manifold is better flowing and is little less prone to cracking.
