Im looking to get a new turbo soon, well one of two, they both come in mitsu flange and t3. My original plan was go mitsu flange, keep my evoIII mani and get an external wg of the o2. I was also thinking of going tubular, wg of exh mani.

What I want to know is:
1)o2 location pros and cons
2)t3 pros and cons, and how it effects the turbo example mitsu 50trim vs same 50trim t3 flanged
3)tubular pros and cons
4)runner routing ie: equal length, unequal, ram horn, bottom mount, top mount , forward facing etc and the pros and cons

I want the quickest spool, and for now it my dd so..but any help will do, i've been looking on here but i havent found anything that wasnt kinda of bias on one side or the other. I know this has turbo tech ?'s too but i figured since its majority exhaust ?'s id ask here thanks!

yes keep the mitsu flange if u drive it somewhat daily... plus it can handle alot more than you are currently throwing at it...

thanks guys does the wastegate location affect spool? i see of the manifold the most, is that best way?

How street/unstreetable or dd-able are the tubular manifolds? my hp goals are 400 ish up to 600 ish i want to feel 400 before i move up to some beast i may not be ready for haha

I was running a mistu flanged 57 trim and i had full spool at 5500 rpms. It was a journal bearing turbo but it wasn't too bad. I'm switching to t3 and different turbo. I would go with t3. many people DD them. just gotta watch the welds and make sure they don't crack so don't go to cheap on them.

i have a T3 tubular mani bolted to an HX35 and i see 30+psi @ 4k rpm... so id say that DD-able.
