I have a 1G with a 2G exhaust manifold and O2 housing. This setup came from a previous owner, but whoever put it together used to small of bolts and secured them with nuts. Well every so often, these nuts come loose and end up falling off causing an exhaust leak. My question is what is tha correct size bolts to hold tha exhaust manifold/Turbo, NOT tha studs to tha head. Also, could this be causing no boost? Thanks!

Thanks for tha quick reply! As for my boost problem, I was driving, boosting fine. Then it started to feel hesitant like a lag (kind of shaky) then all of tha sudden I had no boost. I checked my piping, fixed those, wg cotter pin I still there, vacuum looks fine according to my gauge, all sensors and lines seem fine. I can hear what sounds like a loud leak from my exhaust. I also checked my Turbo for shaftplay and there is none. I'm stuck at what could be my problem.

For tha most part, my problem is fixed. I'm now boosting again! I still need to go to Mitsu since nobody has tha bolt I need. Thanks for tha help/info!
