Exhaust leak cause this?

Ok i know my exhaust manifold gasket is leaking. ive ben drving the car easy. I noticed at low rpms somtimes going to 3-4k not at wot. The car shakes and shutters. it almost wants to stall. would the exhaust manifold leak cause this?

It can if enough air is escaping out of the leak.

alright thanks ill have to fix that asap....hopefully i can find somewhere inside to do it so im not stuck doing it outside
