Exhaust leak/Backed out bolts/Nuts

Hey guys so 2 days ago i seafoamed my car a found out that i had a preturbo exhaust leak. Well yesterday out of no where I decide to take a wrench and tighten up the nuts that mount the turbo to the manifold, and guess what they were all loose. One of them was also missing like it backed out a fell out. Also noticed that the manifold bolts were loose to, and the bolt on the right lower corner had backed out quite a bit. I'm pretty sure I tightened them up well when I mounted everything. Could this be a consequence a excessive engine vibration?

Locktight can do wonders.

the heat cycles will loosen them. Usually after about 2 weeks you'll want to recheck the bolts after the first time you bolt them down

Im having the same problem does just regular red liquid loctight ok for exhaust bolts. also so im not messing anything up is there a specific torque recomendation?
