exhaust install concern

Well I finaly got everything to install me exhaust. After bolting everything up I noticedthe flex section of the is hitting the xfer case. I also see the I wanna say mid pipe is extremly close the the read diff(wheredrive shaft bolts up) almost if not touching. Is this normal? Will it cause any harm? How can I adjust it?

dont want too much heat transferring to the transfer case, take it to a muffler shop and have them cut and reweld it in place
