Exaust for Non-Turbo car, Please help!

Alright probably a really simple question, i have a 1990 GS eclipse no turbo. I already have an injen intake (with home made heat shield and a hole in the front turn signal for extra air) now i want to add a little bit more power. Would Headers, a down pipe and highflow cat give me any signifigant power? Also if they would what brands. If this is a waste of money can anyone suggest any other parts that would make a bit of a differnce? thanks guys.

i'm running Hedman Header and downpipe with hi-flow cat, resonator and hi-flow muffler. It sounds pretty good and the power gains were noticeable. The only problem I had with mine was the gaskets kept blowing out on the header/downpipe connection. If you do this mod be sure to install everything perfectly.
