I'm starting to pull my hair out on this. I can't figure out why I'm not get a 5v signal to run evoscan. If anyone has any kind of an idea on what I can try please feel free to post. I'm using a 98 plastic ecu with a tactrix openport 2.0 cable. evoscan version 2.7 and ecuflash version 1.44.3721(the newest one). I've been through so many threads and still can't find an answer. Thanks in advance!

I was having this issue 2 days ago while trying to log with My1GDSM..he suggested unplugging everything, restarting my computer, and trying again. Sure enough, no issues in the last 2 days.

I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling, and reinstalling the programs and still no luck. Wish it was that easy. By the way I'm using windows 7 64bit

Found the problem. The radio fuse was blown which is also used to power the obdII port. Thanks for trying to help tylersevo.
