I will soon be doing the EVOIII Upgrade and have made a parts list, please look it over, and any suggestions would be helpful. Let me know if I forgot anything... besides FMIC, and I/E.

What he was saying is that those injectors are 30% or so larger than stock. How are you going to compensate for all that extra fuel? You will need some kind of piggyback or standalone fuel controller to be able to correct that.

I would add:

Apexi SAFC (needed for injectors)
Knockbox-excellent real time vitals monitoring, better than EGT gauge. www.digitaltuning.com
BM LSD insert-help put your new power to the ground
 
Get rid of all the Autometer crap and go with some real gauges like Greddy or A'pexi. The Autometer are too small and are very poorly lit. At high speeds it makes things difficult to read wich is very important when tuning. Get something that has some playback feature. Trust me, you wont regret spending the extra money:thumb:
 
You can forget most of it and get a wideband o2 kit which is 100% better for tuning than the logger, EGT, etc. You will never be ablr to tune correctly with the stock o2 readings on a 2g. the logger is only good for seeing timing and you can get that with the wideband kit.
 
A Adjustable fuel pressure regulator would also be a good idea if your going to go with the 255hp fuel pump becuase you will over run the stock fuel pressure regulator.
 
why bother with the evo manifold? Port your stock one. I went 12s on a small 16g and smic along with a stock mani. You don't need yo upgrade that just yet. Other than that like the other said at least add an egt guage and also an SAFC is a MUST.
 
I thought the EvoIII housing was already 7cm, but if not, will do.
 
Should he also add the 34mm flapper on the EvoIII turbo, since he's porting everything???
 
You forgot the turbo install kit. You will be pissed when you get your car apart and realize: 1) oil return doesnt fit, 2) no j pipe, 3) water lines dont fit. Im a 1g guy but this is what Ive heard. Please someone correct me If Im wrong or add to what Ive missed.
 
You are correct. You will need a j-pipe, oil feed line, and you will need to bend your water lines. Also the bolts will not line up on the oil return line so the holes will need to be ground out to compensate.

I've read that the FJO wideband is one of the best kits. i personally went with the LM-1.
