Evo Front License Plate Mount - On a 92 Talon?

Hey folks just wondering if anyone has tried to take the new side-mount license plate holders off a new evo and put it on an Eagle Talon. I have a '92 Talon currently having some body work and paint done, and i'm looking for a different way of mounting the front plate. I live in Ontario (Canada) and it is currently law here to have a front plate. I can get a mount from the Mitsubishi dealer here for 50 bucks, but i'm wondering if it will fit properly to the front bumper. Any suggestions are helpful, thanks

It should work..That's what most of the 2g guys do is the evo mount..

Just be prepared to cover existing holes/drill new ones..

will do! Thanks guys for replying. I plan on completing everything this summer. In the middle of a turbo conversion right now also but I will for sure have pics up when its finished.

Just get some 90* brackets from the hardware store and make your own.

heres a picture of mine on the side, its not the evo one but its mounted similarly. Its the best picture I can get right now, I will take one from the front asap.

Covering up the fog light ..Unless you dont have fogs..I wonder if you can mount it whatever way you want..
