2G EVO 9 rear spoiler on a 2G?

My buddy is removing his carbon fiber wing from his EVO 9 and is selling it for dirt cheap. Does anyone know if it'll line up with the hatch of a 2G?

Even if it did, I don't think the lines will flow well at all. All evo's have a drooping trunk line so the wing is angled to keep the upper element and side plates horizontal and vertical respectively. Put it on a car with an upswept rear trunk lid and you'll end up with it looking angled forward and looking really funny.

my thoughts exactly... This goes for any type of exterior mod, for it to look good it has to compliment the body line of the car. A lot of "ricers" dont understand this concept and throw anything made for their car on it. If youre that curious about it, when he takes it off just set it on your trunk and see how it looks. If you like it thats what counts, not what other people think. Remember its your car and your money. Good Luck

I wouldn't go with that. TEL is more curved, that wing is too square.
