I just received my Evo 8 Fuel Injectors I purchased off a guy recently, seals definitely could use replacing but I am wondering how good they still are. These are my first ever injectors so I want Epinions from the pro's!

Any time injectors are removed, the seals should be always replaced. Even if some seals look ok, they will wear out faster since removed or may leak after reusing them.

example: Say your doing an oil change, after draining the oil, you wouldn't reuse your old oil would you? HELL NO. you would put some fresh oil in there. It's the same concept as your seals. Seals are cheap, and should be definitely replaced.

I Love evo injectors. They are 560cc injectors but flow at the rate of 580's. Some say they can flow more though.

Yeah, don't worry I am definitely going to replace them..

That's the link for replacements for the Evolution VIII Seals, do I get OEM style ones, or FIC ones could work because they look more like the ones I need. The oem and precision just have o-ring and seal. where FIC has all three including the mini bushing looking ones..

What TSIJOHN said, replace them and maybe even get them cleaned/flow tested.

Good buy.

Yes, I thought it was. $100 shipped to my door.
