Hey.. Ive heard that the engine for eclipse/talons are basically the same thing as an evo 3..is it?
 
I believe the EVO I-VI engines are all 7-bolts as they were made later then 1992.5, just as the DSM's made after that year were. Although the Lancer GSR's (Pre-EVO) did have a 6 bolt 4G63. I think they were made in Japan from 1989 until 1993 or so when the Lancer Evolution took it's place. Don't quote me on this shit, this is what I understand to be true from my experience.
