hey

i just recently bought a 91 tsi awd and the passenger side door has a pretty bad dent in it and i was wondering if anybody knew a estimate on how much a 1g door would cost installed? Also could i use doors from a 92 - 94 too? i think it would be cheaper to get a new door rather than take it to a collision shop to get the dent fixed. sorry i dont got any pics because i dont have a digital camera.

thanks

anyway you can use one of those dent king self-poppers? or hammer it out from behind? saves you alot of money.

as stated, go to a junkyard and get one. They are really easy to remove and install, although installing is easier if you have a friend help you out. I have installed some myself before, just takes a lot more work and swearing ROFL

90-94 door will all FIT, although there may be some differences, for example some cars have door caps from the factory, 90/91 have differnent style trim then 92-94 although it can be swapped, small stuff like that. And of course, power and non power doors.

Good luck

you should see my door, today i had to rip out the handle beacuse i locked myself out. ROFL

now where the handle goes , its all ####ed up.

im jus gonna save money and get a door for $50
