I finally got my new turbo on and a proper oil drain system so the oil problem seem's to be fixed. It still smokes, but i dumped alot of oil in the exhaust from a bad turbo. The oil never made it to the cat though, thankfully.

anyways, When my car starts it seems to idle fine. The oil pressure is pretty high when its cold, idle is about 60-65 and around 3000 rpm it gets up to around 80. When the oil has warmed up it's about 45 idle, 60ish at 3k. But after i have my car up to around 3k rpm, and i let off the throttle the engine bogs down and the idle drops to about 8-900 and eventually kills the car if i dont give it some gas. Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

I know normal idle is in that 8-900 rpm range....beyond that it sounds like you may have a vac leak some where...Whenever my filter for the Missing Link used to blow out, it would kill the car at idle.

my idle is running around 1100, and i have almost no power at all. i had to push it back in the driveway after trying to get it to go down the road.

i havent yet, i ran out of time before work. That's my next choice. I just dont know where all to check. it'dhave to be a pretty big leak to make this kind of power loss, right?

I found one Vac leak, actually it was completely unhooked. I also found that i had a bad line that needed replaced, that probably cause quiet a bit of problem too. I pulled one of my plugs and it was gapped at .030", i looked in the haynes manual and that's for the turbo cars, so i'll regap my plugs and check for more vac problems and let you guys know the results.

Before you get flamed for using the 4g63(turbo car) as a reference, let me tell you: Don't. They are completely different. Gap them all to .28 Hang in there, I'll be there this weekend.
