Eprom help?

Hey guys i just bought a socketed eprom ecu for my gsx and i noticed it has what looks like a jumper wire and was just curious what this little wire is for or does? Heres a pic to show you what im talking about.

Might be used to fix the board, does it look like any traces were screwed up?
I jacked mine up trying to socket mine with the wrong tools(too hot of a gun).
A friend of mine fixed her up for me, your local so cya at INO.

Your right man i will have to look at it when i get back in town im out working in nogalas intell friday. When is the next meet at INO? I have never been to any of the meets.
