Eprom Ecu?

Hey guys just wondering if my ecu is an EPROM i know there are plenty or threads with differences between the two but mine has a chip where the non eprom doesnt have one but it also looks different than the EPROM chip

You're looking at the wrong part of the board. You need to get the cover the rest of the way off.

As jusmx141 said, you're looking at the wrong part of the circuit board, but it doesn't look like there is an eprom chip from the pics you posted.
