EPROM dead for good?

hey i wasnt sure where to post this, im not too knowledgable on ECU's except i know i have an EPROM and i know the capacitors leaked, smells like fish, and the is a small brown/burn mark by the big cap . The back of the board is fine but im just wondering can i still save this?! And if so where can i take it to because i dont want to mess it up...thanks

I took mine to a local TV repair shop and had them replace the caps, you can try almost any electronics shop in your area, if the ECU is not to far gone.
