i'm pretty sure i'm right on this but is a 1996 eagle talon esi engine the same as a 1996 eclipse non-turbo engine as long as it's a 2.0?and will parts that are for a 96 eclipse non-turbo fit the talon esi engine? thanks for the help.

They are the exact same car minus some visual parts. Any part from an NT eclipse will work on your NT talon.
