Engine won't crank after rebuild? 95 Talon Tsi

Just finished rebuilding my 95 Talon Tsi and the engine won't crank to build oil pressure. Everything lights up and I just bled the clutch. I thought it might be the clutch starter switch or the starter itself. I would like to test the clutch starter switch but can't find it and no picture in Haynes manual. Any suggestion?

Thanks man it was right in front of me. These talons and eclipses are just packed together so tight it's tough to find things and work on em.
