Ok I have resorted to going through the sensors and this is what I have the ck sensor has its 9v and 5v signal. The sensor next to it (which as of now dont know what it is) wires are W/y and b/g read at .54v and the Knock sensor (I believe) comes in at 12v on the yellow wire and nothing on the y/r wire. My main question is are these values correct cause I was told my cam sensor should be 12v on the yellow with no more than 4v on the signal. I will be going through the wiring to the ecu but dont have that kinda time right now.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

It cranks but doesn't start? did you check to see if you are getting spark? Can you hear your fuel pump running? If you don't have spark, I would guess its the ckp sensor. If you have spark, you are probably not getting fuel. Bad fuel pump or fuel pump relay.

Here is where I stand now

I have my fuel pump working with 47psi of pressure. My ck sensor and ect sensor replaced along with timing is on par.. I am getting spark but spark doesnt start for about 8sec after I start cranking it over. Could it be the cm sensor, ECU, or am I missing something?

You have a 420a? I think those have an auto shutdown relay on the firewall. There should be 4 relays in a row. I don't know which one it is, but try swapping that with a known good relay. The relay controls spark and fuel injection.

It is the 420a motor. I only have the asd/fuel pump relays on my firewall

Oops complete brain fart. I will try the asd relay. My mind is just tired of the problems with this

My ecu is also making a high pitch whining noise. Is that a possibility? I dont think thats normal but Im not too sure

Your ecm shouldn't make a whining noise. But I would start with the relay. it is an easy, cheap check. If that doesn't fix it and If you have access to a noid light, check to see if you are getting injector pulse. if you arent getting a pulse, there is a good chance your ecm is bad.

Now with what I have done to get my car running. I have replaced the following sensors ck, cm, water temp. I have also replaced my asd/fuel pump relays.

Timing is dead on

I have recently replaced my head gasket due to there was bad compression in #2 and #3 cylinders. I am getting spark and fuel now with a code #43 egr. I did remove this and I am wondering if this could be causing my engine not to start?
