Engine when warm will not rev past 2000rpms

As the title says when the car warms up no matter what you do the engine will not rev past 2000 rpms. I do have a vacuum leak at the throttle body that I am going to fix, but I didnt think this would stop it from revving up. When it is cold it is fine. Any advice would be appreciated and thanks to all.

I had a problem sort of like that and it was the last thing i thought it would be. The spark plug wires. I know its a long shot but might wanna try another set if you got a pair laying around.

Full tune up and boost leak test would be my first places I would look.

You can check you spark plug gaps too while your under the engine...

Thanks Jay, You were right. After I posted this I went back out to the car and started checking all of my pipes and found one that I hadnt tightened the clamp enough and she popped off. All is good now. Travis
