ok, I have a FMIC and 16g turbo. I also have dsmlink. When i am at idle the cars temp is at 213F. I ran 2 extra pipes from where the fog lights used to be to behind the fmic (in front of radiator). I also turned on the fans at all times through dsmlink. Do I need a lew radiator? Maybe a different type of fluid?

Even when I drive it, it will stay at 208-213 too.

Your intercooler will reduce the airflow to your radiator some. Try making your radiator more efficient by cleaning the fins yourself or take it to a radiator shop and have it cleaned and flushed. A dirty radiator doesn't exchange heat as well as a clean one.

One thing I noticed was that my upper radiator tube get REALLY hot as well. Is this normal?

you can add watter wetter it drops mine to 187c it says 10 points on the bootle it should get you back in to 200c
how big is your fmic?
