I have a 97 eclipse with a DOHC 2.0 liter I want to swap it out for a more powerful engine any ideas

Seriously do some searching, in the last 2 weeks it seems like there are 10 threads on this question.

You have a 420a motor. To get more power you will need to turbo charge it.

Swapping to a 4g63t has been done but seems to been not worth it.

Yeah i got an idea, pull the engine out of a F-16 fighter jet. That should give you some more power.
