engine problem

Hi everyone i just install a rebuild stock short block with my new valve job head in my car. I put everything back according to specifications from the manual. The problem that im having is that my car does not run fast enough for the mods i have. It takes like forever to go pass 70 mph. I need some help or any ideas of what could be wrong with it? My mods are stock head and block, 3" downpipe with cat back exhaust, evoIII 16g turbo hard upper IC pipe with stock BOV. I would appreciate any help from you guys thanks.

Im going to have to say fuel problems. Try getting some bigger injecters and a new fuel pump. Then if you do that look at getting a dsm link or something else to tune with.
How much boost are you running?

Im boosting 10 psi right now.
