1G Engine mount bolts

Hey, I have what I hope is a stupid question. I am doing an auto swap and changing out all the motor mounts. The rubber on the front and rear mounts are cracked. After taking them out I noticed that the bolts going through the mounts are sloppy, more than I would expect. So, my question is, is this normal? I will post some pictures tomorrow. Thanks!

I feel like I’ve seen posts somewhere of people changing the bolt size because of that.
