Engine management, tuning?

Hey guys,
i am really confused with engine management, i am shooting for low 13's on my GST, it's a 95 but i'm not sure if i should go DSMlink or use an S-AFC+ DSMchip, i don't want to spend for more than i need, i also don't have a laptop and no idea of what tuning consists of.

I will have to upgrade engine management when i upgrade inyectors so the time is coming soon, i don't want to pay somebody to tune my car everytime at a dyno but it seems i can't escape that.

Any suggestions, comments are welcomed.

If all your shooting for is low 13s don't waste your money on a DSMlink. The AFC can tune you into the 11s when done right. Also if you don't have a laptop then your wasting your money on the link as well. There are some nice options the link has that you'll be missing out on buy with only 13s as your goal they are overkill.
