is it possible to bore a engine .040 over? what do you get out of doing that? also if you put a 91 tranny into a 90 engine what will you need to make it go into gear correctly. a friend of mine is having the shifting problem thanks

i have no clue, first the linkage was too long i think and so he said he ordered another linkage and now i think he said the cables were to long, itll go into 1st,3rd,5th find but 2nd and 4th dont go in all the way and it grinds and pops out. got any ideas?
