when the car gets warmed up and I press the clutch down to the floor the car tries to die. If I keep up the rpms at 1000 it's okay but anywhere else it dies. At first I thought It to be the clutch kit (SBR 3500 HD) but there's no binding. Then I find out that the fork's not engaging the pressure plate. After switching forks and putting 2 washers behind the ball I could get it into gear but it still tries to stall and I have to pump the clutch 7 times and then push it to the floor and the back off bout a 1/4 to get into gear. Any suggestions? I need some help please.

Does it need to be gear and if so, does the car try to move?

It is OK for rpms to drop some when you are pressing in the clutch. Many cars will see ~50rpm drop when clutch is pressed in. It is so difficult to detect that many people do not even realize it, unless they have a SAFC or some other digital tach (even TMO datalogger might not have enough resolution to report it). But if you already have idling problems, that minor rpm drop can cause your engine to stall. How does it idle when you are not pressing the clutch?

I can have it idleing at 800rpms good and the press the clutch in and it drops about 500- 300rpms and when it's warm it idles good and then if i do not give it gas when i push clutch it dies down to 300-stall. I also cannot get my ignition timed will that have an effect?
