End Clutch Snap Ring

Anyone who has installed there own end clutch kit AND replaced the seals...

How did you manage to put the small washer and snap ring back on? You have to push the spring plate down, but I cant push it down enough to put the washer and snap ring back on... How did you guys do it?

I used c-clamps to push down the fingers then put the ring back in.

Thanks, that sounds like it will work great. Did you use snap ring pliers to get the ring on or some other way?

no just a flat head screwdriver and worked it all the way around.
