I'm having a problem with my e-brake when I'm on a hill, my car will slightly roll back. Are my rear brake pads worn out or is my parking brake no good?

I know this is off topic but I've also been having some problems with my shifter feels sloppy whatever gear I put itin wobbles left to right the previous owner put I short throw in so maybe that has something to do with it I was thinking of putting new bushing around under the shifter area the 4 corners I dont know if that will help

Take out your center console and wiggle it and see if the base bushings have alot of play. Definatrky that will help, other things to consider

Trans shifter end bushings, solid or skate bearings.

New shifter cables (i need to do this)

And there are oem replacement bushings for the shifter leaver in the center console

If you have an eBay short throw it could definitely be a reason.

The base is where that 1 bushing attaches to end rightbif so there is a lotnof play there

Ok I probably should have mentioned this in the beginning but I was confused my car has front and rear disc no drums so i dont have parking brake shoes its most likely the pads are worn out haha

Look at the diagram in post 6 again... The parking brake is integrated into the rear rotor. You definitely have parking brake shoes; you just can't see them unless you take off your rotor.
