Well im new here so i thought this would be the best place to start. i have a 96 talon tsi, it had a lot of mods done to it when i bought it. it has been running fine until today, it was running great all day until it started raining(although its not the first time in the rain or snow) i was driving in the rain for about 25 miles then i noticed the anti lock break light turn on, and then it hit the fan radio turned on and off, repeatedly the tachometer bounced around while my head lights flickered, and it proceeded to run bad, so i pulled over and the car stalled. tried to turn it over and nothing. i get the the same light flickering the hazard lights work and then they wont, but while other lights are on, i hooked up the dsm link and some times it connects, but im not that proficient with it enough to find out where the trouble codes are but now it wont even connect. it every once and a while act like it wants to turn but then no.but any way the tow truck is dropping me off at home now and i work in a hour, anybody have any ideas?

It sounds like your relay box is getting wet.Pop the hood and check it. On warm day pop the hood and pull the relay cover. Let it set there and dry out. If thats the cause it sound start.

yeah, i had the car over night in the garage, with a fan blowing on it to see if it would dry it out(if it was water) but no go same thing but now when i go to turn it over it cranks once, stops ant i hear a clicking noise from somewhere in the car, but it sounds like its in the dash.
