Okay, I've been trying to figure this out for awhile now and just keep getting more confused. The story is, I wrecked my eclipse, had to rebuild an engine for it, and weld in a new radiator support. It also messed my fusebox up, so I got one from a junkyard and one by one, pinned my wires into the new box. I am 100% positive on the locations of the wires, as I did it one at a time, and triple checked the locations. I bought some cheap sonar projector headlights off of craigslist that were new, only paid $50 for them, the guy just needed them gone. I lost my stock headlight connectors, so I decided to just put bullet connectors on the wires and cut the plugs off. My low beams do not turn on, and the high beams do not turn off. I checked all of the relays in the box, as well as all of my fuses, inside and out, as well as checking continuity between the harness at the switch and the headlights. Pulled my switch apart, cleaned it, everything looks good, checked continuity of the terminals on the switch, everything checks out there too. My other problem is that I don't have power at my radio harness. Again, checked all the fuses, and continuity between the harness and fuses, no power. any ideas of other things i could check, please let me know. Help me out here guys, I need to get this thing inspected. Thanks in advance!!

, but what wires, locations, etc. I might just have to run the headlights on switches and a direct power wire to the head unit if I cant figure it out, but I would really like to have it working like normal.
