electrical problem with lights

my 96 eclipse driver side lights work great but my passenger side lights are so-so. The pass. headlight is coming on, but is very dim. Also when i press my brake the brake light is dim as well but when i let off the brake its back to normal. That side blinker is also blinking fast. Any suggestions? oh and btw the headlight socket is fine because i replaced it.

you maybe have a short or need more ground.......
