hey guys do any of you know if there are vendors that make and sell electric water pumps?

There are universal models, you'll have to make it all yourself.

it is just a pump...plumb in the high and low side.

One of the big advantages of these pumps (other than power) is that you don't have to bolt them to the engine...you just have to figure out the piping.

The power aspect may be a wash- what the waterpump pulley giveth, the alternator load taketh away. However, there are paybacks with cavitation reduction at high engine speeds.

thanks guys...sounds like its a pain. apparently this is something you must engineer and fabricate yourself. i was hoping a vendor sold a conversion kit.

if you've done this, what parts have you used and how did you go about setting this up? a specific list of the parts needed would be very much appreciated.
