so what caused the short?

Short was caused by one wire comming from one of the COP coils... the plate holes were too snugged, but since I taped them I tought I was going to be ok. The thing rubbed til the tape was worn and finally cut to the wire. After 40 bucks, a visit to the electric trying to get 250 bucks out of my pocket and don't know how many hrs, I somehow decided to remove the cop and give it a try. In the process I noticed the wire and knew this was it.

and thanks for the offer t4g63 for that oil pump i just really wanted my car back but when i saw your messege i had already bought it for $120 (brand top line)

does top line make good oil pumps???
