does any one hear know wheres the egr valve is on an eclipse gs-t auto
its malfuctioning in my car and i think i have to repalce it but i don't know where it is located at... pics would be fine also

another thing coul i just clean out the inside where the valve is located at ?
would that stop CEL from going off and make work properly?? and would it be covered by the dealer??

its under the throttle body elbow, under the isc (the black thing) take them both off, and you will see it. But, there is probly nothing wrong with it, why do you say it is not working? what cel code are you getting?

If you're getting an EGR MIL, check your vaccuum hose routing diagram (on the underside of the hood). I had one, but when the mechanic I was talking to about it went outside to look at my car, he noticed I had a vaccuum line pulled off, and that fixed the problem. To reset a MIL, unplug the battery for 15 minutes or just ignore it and it'll go away after a crapload of starts.
