Currently residing in Idaho and plan to move to Oregon in a couple of years after college. Vehicle is in storage in a different city so I can't get pictures unfortunately. I noticed that none of the vacuum lines on the bracket behind the motor that bolts to the block and head seem to go anywhere. It ran fine without them and no CEL's. Is this stuff required pass emissions? If so, is it worth trying to piece it together with the intention of driving in Portland, San Francisco, or like area?

Unrelated- the timing belt system failed so it's sitting in storage until I have enough money to fix it again. By the time that happens I'll be ready to leave Idaho and would have to sell it if there's no prayer of passing emissions. Trying to decide if it's worth paying for storage or not...

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
