Resolved Ecu screw stripped?

I'm having trouble opening my ecu and I believed I stripped one screw. These screws are in tight I used a flat head and tried my hardest to loosen these screws but I bent the outer edges.It looks impossible now to put the screwdriver in.
I'm scared to try on the other ones. What should I do??? I'm suppose to send my ecu for a socket service, but I'm stuck on this part. Is this screw done for?? I got impatient and rushed important steps of what was supposed to be an easy process.

I did that once on a ecu too, just grab a pair of vise grips (locking pliers) and turn slowly

Use the vice grips as mentioned, or cut a deep slot in it and try again. Are those phillips screws? Why were you using a flathead?

They are flat head screws. Either way I used both and it only got worse. Hopefully the vice grips work. Thanks guys. Is it easy to find replacement screws at a local store instead of another ecu?

i used a impact driver to break mine loose. Worked like a charm

As stated, a vice will grab those right up, and twist right off.
