Well.. Depends.

If it just needs the cap's replaced, anyone competient with a with small electronics can do it in about 10 minutes.

If you have more than that wrong, try a radioshack. The radioshack's around here (about 1/2 of them, anyway) do that kind of stuff.. Usually same day.

Also, try tv / appliance repair shops.
