Ecu Question

Hi every one,

just wondering, can i install a 95 ECU in a 98

if it is possible, how can it be made?


a frind of mine got his 98 ecu damaged and the only ecu we can find is a 95 one

i'd say its possible... but it would require a shit ton of work. The ECU's are pinned completely different for the 2gs from year to year. Best bet if you cant find one would be to ebay, possibly hear or 2gnt's marketplace, if all else fails just upgrade to the afx ecu =P (if its a manual that is)

No you can't. You need one from a 98.
