ecu question 93 to 90.

I can't seem to find out if this will work, I know about making the ecu work in a 90 (i have the websites with the wiring switch). My question is, I have a 93 ecu from an automatic, Now, people say it will work but will run rich. However, I have a maft with gm mas and 450 injectors. Will I be able to lean it out with this?

So that's a 93auto ecu into a 90 M/T Tsi AWD.

The maft and gm mas and the 450s were in my 93 automatic, the tranny went out so I bought a 90 AWD that needs a ecu. So i'm using my 93 as a doner for parts... Any help is appriated

There is nothing special about what your doing. Your going to have all the normal problem people have when putting a 91+ ECU in a 90 and all the problems people have using an automatic ECU in a manual 1G.
