Resolved ECU for 99 GSX Auto

Flashing my ECU isn't working out for me and I am thinking of moving to link. I have a 99 GSX with an automatic, will a 9947 EPROM ECU loaded with V3 work for me? Is there any difference from the auto to 5spd, and GSX to GS-T?

GST and GSX ECU are the same,, It will work on any of them.

97 ECU will work on a 98 and 99.

96 and 95 ECU will work to, But needs some wires to be switched.

Any 95-97 turbo ECU can be converted for operation with DSMLink.

HO.. I forgot to add that, Auto and Manual ECU are the same,

The Auto uses an extra ECU for the Tranny, But the (Engine) ECU is the same as the manual.

Based on the 9947 can you tell, or do I need more information? I am not real keen on swapping around wires for the ECU
Is there any differences between the 5spd and auto ECU's? There should be a ECU and thee TCU so I wasn't sure if the ECU would be different...
I do twang to dish out $650 for Link and an ECU and then find out thati can't use it...
