ECU compatibilities

Will a galant ECU work in a 1g 92.

the galant serial number is..
MD153695
E2T36182
9x24

i want to also know if there is a way or if anyone knows if this computer camt from a 90?
and does it matter if the galant computeris a 90 and mine is a 92 car.

I know that in the 90 ecus u have to splice wires.

and is that an e-prom...seeing that it has an E, but only appearing once?

I can find that ECU number in CAPS or using the online parts sites.
I'd be interested to know what it is and add it to my list if it's for a DOHC 4G63.

BTW, If your thinking that because it has an E in E2T36182 that it is an EPROM version, then no. All the ECUs have E2TXXXXX numbers. Any E would be on the last line after the third number you gave.
