I have a 1g with ECMLink V3 and an AEM wideband O2 running to the EGR pins for the ECU. I can use the narrow band simulation just fine, but I can't seem to log (or even locate) the "WBO2" value as discussed here. What am I missing??

Thanks.

So you're saying if I connect it as something else (e.g. IAT), then "WBO2" will become available in the "captured values" list on ECMLink?

The AEM widebnd is the only one that cant be used on the egr wire. You can imput it in to others,(IAT, BARO) but if you are running a MAF you are using these imputs. If you are running speed density what you could do is imput the AEM into the baro and then run the map sensor in the egr. Another way to get it logged would be to use the front 02 imput. This would completely get rid of your stock 02 sensor but you could simulate it with the wideband.

I am running a GM MAF, so IAT is free according to the link on ECMTuning that you posted. My MAF is only 2 wires I believe.

My question was more specifically what change I will see on ECMLink: will "WBO2" become available in the "captured values" list on ECMLink? I would think that that is a separate problem, but I will find out soon enough...

Still need help!!!

Input pin switched to IAT. "WBO2" still not an option for captured values. How do I log my actual AFR??

Go to ECU inputs and select the wideband under what ever you are going to use. Now there are three boxes under where you just did that. Did you click the one that said save pin assignments? After that Click the box that says captured value and select the WB. Now start a log and in the edit menu add the WB to the displayed values.

Thank you! I'm new to ECMLink and didn't realize there was a drop down menu there - I thought that was a space for manually typing in a value which would have no effect on loggable values. Thanks again!

Also consider watching our demo videos. Near the end of the "Captured and Display Values" video there's an example of how to add an aftermarket sensor for logging.
