Do I need an Apexi S-AFC NEO Fuel Controller if I have ECMLINK

No. The piggy-back system can be removed from the car. Please review the tutorials on ECMTuning's site for getting your feet wet.

DO remove the SAFC. Sell it and enjoy link!
Link will let you control fuel, timing, and various limits/maps/settings.

Don't waste your time with an safc and just go link. It is much better in the long run.

Read read and read some more. Tons of info available here and google. Like our Wiseman said, ditch the SAFC and keep link. It will handle everything u throw at it.
